How would you describe the housing market in 2020?
The housing market has been quite varied, to say the least. It started off very positively until the outbreak of the pandemic. Prices were high, and there were many attendees at viewings. After that, we saw a downward trend in prices and visitor numbers, which was, of course, due to concerns about the future and the new everyday reality with restrictions and bans. However, the trend didn’t last long, and from the summer onward, prices have risen again. Right now, we have an excellent market with prices back at their peak.

How has the current situation impacted the market?
Positively in terms of prices, most likely because many people have spent more time at home, worked remotely, and “staycationed.” Interest rates have remained low, and it has also been possible to apply for mortgage payment relief.

How should one think if they are hesitant and don’t know the right time of year to sell?
